We have published this document to give insight on how we treat personal data we collect from you or about you on this website, through written or verbal communication, video surveillance and during your Sea Rocks Residence visit.
All our employees have received instructions on treating personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter referred to as: “GDPR”) and the Law on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (official gazette ‘Narodne Novine’ issue 42/18, hereinafter referred to as: “Law”). All our employees are bound to keep confidentiality and protect all personal data processed during their work.

Sea Rocks follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when visiting websites. All hosting companies do this as a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of such information is to analyse trends, administer the site, track users’ movement on the website, and gather demographic information.
Like any other website, Sea Rocks uses “cookies”. These cookies are used to store information including visitors’ preferences and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users’ experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors’ browser type and/or other information.

Keeping children´s information safe is our priority. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
If you think that your child has provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best to promptly remove such information from our records.
As the data controller, the company Feldsberg d.o.o., has a legitimate interest in implementing video surveillance measures to protect property and persons, and in relation to certain work positions to install surveillance cameras that record employees and all persons moving in the surveillance camera’s field of vision. The video surveillance system is protected from unauthorized access. Video recordings are kept for a maximum of 6 months, unless the law prescribes a longer retention period or they serve as evidence in court, administrative, arbitration or other equivalent proceedings.
