Video Surveillance

As the data controller, the company Feldsberg d.o.o., has a legitimate interest in implementing video surveillance measures to protect property and persons, and in relation to certain work positions to install surveillance cameras that record employees and all persons moving in the surveillance camera’s field of vision. The video surveillance system is protected from unauthorized access. Video recordings are kept for a maximum of 6 months, unless the law prescribes a longer retention period or they serve as evidence in court, administrative, arbitration or other equivalent proceedings.
